Every order is beautifully gift wrapped, with hand written labels if you need them. We have so many wonderful comments about how our parcels arrive and how lovely they are... wrapping for you is pretty much our favourite thing!
Next day Delivery as STANDARD
We don't charge extra for being super speedy! All orders received before 1pm are packed, wrapped and sent on their way to arrive with you the very next day. Orders placed on Saturday before 1pm will arrive on Monday, and orders placed on Saturday after 1pm and Sunday are wrapped and sent on Monday, to be with you on Tuesday.

Despite our best efforts, sometimes things don't go to plan. We are here to put it right and we'll do everything we can to make this as hassle free and painless as possible. I was so pleased when I received my parcel. Thank you so much for gift wrapping it. It was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. (I also loved the personal message written on the box). Just wanted to say how impressed I’ve been with your customer service. We’ve bought toys from you store multiple times over the years but this is the first time we’ve ordered online. We decided to do this after seeing the amazing customer service you gave to my mother in law who could not get the discount code to work. You sorted it promptly and delivered the parcel without delay. We then ordered some more items from you and again, they arrived in record time! I’m so pleased we decided to buy our gifts from such an impressive independent store!
